Trees for Troops

Make a difference.

The National Christmas Tree Association, through its local affiliate Medina Christmas Tree Farms, will be collecting and shipping Christmas trees to troops stationed all over the country and overseas this Christmas.

Beginning November 1st, local community members, businesses and organizations in Northern Ohio are asked to donate one or more Christmas trees to Trees for Troops by completing a donation form and then sending it, along with a check made out to Medina Christmas Tree Farms, to Charles Reichheld at 2979 Plum Creek Pkwy, Medina, OH, 44256. Prices for trees are $45.

Arrangements have been made for a Fed Ex trailer to be available at the designated Medina Christmas Tree Farm from December 2nd to 4th to ship freshly cut and netted trees to the troops at one of fifty different military bases. Visitors to the farms will be asked if they would like to purchase one or more trees for the troops when they buy their own Christmas Tree. Medina Christmas Tree Farms will handle all shipping in coordination with Fed Ex at no cost and donate $750 to the Christmas Spirit Foundation. In addition, we guarantee that a minimum of 100 trees will be shipped. Since all donations are directed through the non-profit Christmas Tree Foundation, your donations may be tax deductible.
