Farm Animals
We have a variety of farm animals onsite for the whole family to enjoy.
It wouldn’t be a farm without lots of animals. The kids will love seeing the Alpacas, our miniature horse, goats and more. Our geese will announce your visit and chickens are everywhere. Maybe they will want to hold a bunny or take one home with you as a Christmas pet.
The animals are only located at the main farm.
Refreshments
On weekends guests can enjoy a snack/drink or even lunch at the Main Farm. Hot chocolate is free for kids.
We have food vendors on site that offer a variety of treats. Vendors change seasonally and are present on specific dates. Please contact the farm for more details.

Just stop at one of the many campfires to warm up those frosty noses and toes.
Campfires are located throughout both farms.
Pre-Season Photo Shoots
Photographers are welcome.
Appointments are required.
Scheduling must be completed by calling Doc at (330) 321-1183. Assignments will be made to specific farms (Butler or Main) and in coming to the farm photographers agree to hold the farm and its owners harmless from responsibility for any injury or liability that may occur as a result of their own and their client’s or guest’s visit to the farm. Payment of the $45 donation indicates your agreement to these terms.
Last day for weekend photo shoots in 2022 is November 12. Weekdays are often available after that date.

A donation is required for each customer (or family) of one tree to the Trees-for-Troops Charity sponsored by the Christmas Spirit Foundation (a 503 charity). Photographers must purchase a $45 tree donation card for each customer at the time appointments are made. These cards are completed by the customers (or you) and dropped off when you visit the farm by slipping them through the slot in the station door (small green building on main farm). They will be attached to the donor’s tree when we ship.
Donations can be sent by Paypal to Doc’s email charlesreichheld@zoominternet.net using ‘friends and family’ status. You must use’ friends and family’ or we will not receive the full amount.

There are no refunds. Re-schedules, including due to weather difficulties, are not guaranteed, but I will make every effort to facilitate changes before the day preceding Thanksgiving. Please understand that this is a working farm. Photographers and their customers must make every effort to remain out of the way of workers and to avoid damaging trees, seedlings or otherwise causing disruption of the farm’s operations.
Procedures:
Call for appointment(s) and send $45 for each individual client (or family) photo shoot. We prefer that you use Paypal to make payments.
We will send you a client donor card for each shoot to be completed and left here at the main farm’s ‘station’ building. You need to complete your donation before any shoot begins in enough time to allow us to send you a tree card. Be sure we have your full name, address, phone number and email address.
Please make payments in a timely way to allow for completion of appointments in a time .
